1. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments for tourism services offered by Patagona en Ruta may be made using the following methods:
- a) Bank Transfer to Banco Santander Checking Account (Chile)
Bank transfers may include additional banking fees.
All associated charges must be covered by the client.
- b) WebPay Payment Link
Transactions made through WebPay are subject to fees applied by the payment gateway.
These fees will be added to the final amount payable by the client.
- c) International Transfers
Payments sent from abroad may generate fees charged by issuing or intermediary banks.
The client is responsible for covering the full amount of these additional charges.
2. Currency and Exchange Rate Policy for Foreign Passengers
a) Fixed Exchange Rate
For sales directed to foreign passengers, Patagona en Ruta establishes a fixed U.S. dollar exchange rate at the time ofада quotation or booking. This rate will remain unchanged for the corresponding transaction.
b) Payments in Foreign Currency
If the client makes payments in a currency other than the one indicated, the amount will be converted according to the fixed U.S. dollar exchange rate previously communicated by Patagona en Ruta.
