Reservations<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following information is required: full name, nationality, identification document\/passport, service date, and contact details.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>2. Accommodation and Navigation Services<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patagona en Ruta acts as an intermediary.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hotels and navigation services (Grey, Balmaceda\u2013Serrano, etc.) apply their own cancellation, refund, and no-show policies.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any changes are subject to the provider\u2019s availability and regulations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><b>6. Itinerary Modifications<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, trail closures, CONAF regulations, road blockages, or force majeure.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equivalent alternatives will always be offered.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>7.
